- Prepare the matcha – In a cup, whisk 1 TBSP matcha powder with 8 oz hot water until frothy.
- Layer the strawberry jam – Glaze 2 TBSP of homemade strawberry jam (or a strawberry sauce) along the inside of a tall glass.
- Fill with ice – Add ice to the glass until nearly full.
- Add the milk – Pour in 4 oz of your favorite milk over the ice.
- Top with matcha – Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk.
- Stir & enjoy – Swirl with a straw to blend the flavors or leave it layered for a stunning presentation.
